Gary Dulmes
CEO Hi, my name is Gary and I was born and raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. I attended local schools, graduating from Sheboygan South High School. I achieved the highest rank in Boy Scouts as an Eagle Scout in 1967. I attended the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee for a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.I joined Dulmes Décor in 1973 after college as a sales assistant and was promoted to Vice President of Operations. In 1995, I was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. Under my leadership, Dulmes Décor has grown from a small family business to one of the leading residential decorating firms in Southeast Wisconsin. Dulmes Décor prides itself on first-class personal services by its own in-house certified installers.Some of my interests are photography and trave. I was the past President of the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Midwest Decorating Products Association, and the National Association of Floorcovering Retailers. I have chaired the Administrative Council, Board of Trustees, and Pastor Parish Relations Committee of Faith United Methodist Church and am currently Lay Leader. I was chair of three advisory councils in 1989, 1990, and 1999 for Armstrong World Industries in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I am a member of the Sheboygan Downtown Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow. I was the past Chair of the Sheboygan Development Corporation and the past Vice Chair of GLASEC: Great Lakes Aerospace Science and Education, a 5013c corporation. I was also on the Board of Directors of Safe Harbor of Sheboygan. I am currently the Vice-Chair of the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation and was the 2018 recipient of the Allen Greenberg Award.I live in Sheboygan Falls with my wife, Susan.
Bob Konrad
Vice President of Sales My name is Bob Konrad. I am a lifelong resident of Sheboygan and have been employed at Dulmes Decor Carpet One since 1995. I graduated from Sheboygan South High School and attended UW-Sheboygan for 2 years. I am married to Michele and we have 2 children, Tyler and Brody. I am also a lifelong member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.I am proud to be the Vice President of Sales here at Dulmes Decor. I have attended seminars, training sessions, and conventions all over the country to keep current with all aspects of the floor covering business, including new products and their appropriate applications to the latest installation techniques. I look forward to working with our customers on a daily basis to find the right floor for each customer's needs.
Chad Wisse
Vice President of Operations Hi, my name is Chad. I have been with Dulmes Decor since 1996. I have a Business Management degree from Concordia University in Mequon. I am married with 2 children and have lived in the Sheboygan area my whole life. I have attended many seminars involving the flooring trade, as well as Installation Excellence training so that we can provide an enjoyable flooring experience for every customer. I look forward to helping you get the flooring that is right for you and making sure it is installed as soon as you need it.

Hi, my name is Sandy. I have been with Dulmes Décor Carpet One since 1991. I have two Associate Degrees from Lakeshore Technical College pertaining to my career.I am very blessed; I’m married and have two children. I enjoy spending time with my family camping and supporting my children’s sporting events as well as being a part of the Praise and Worship team at my church. I enjoy every aspect of my job and providing excellent customer service.

Project Manager My name is Nathan Tenpas, I have been part of the Dulmes Décor team since 2013. I am currently a project manager and enjoy seeing all phases of projects from the beginning stages all the way to the finish. I grew up in Sheboygan Falls and currently live on the north side of Sheboygan with my wife Katie, daughter Charlotte and three dogs. When I am not working, I enjoy working on projects around my house, cycling, and searching for great wine and microbrews.

Warehouse Manager Hello. My name is Brady Wisse. I’ve been working at Dulmes Décor since 2019. I graduated from Oostburg High School in 2021. I started at Dulmes helping in the warehouse during my summer and winter breaks and joined the team full-time in the Fall of 2021. I am an avid sports fan and in my free time, I enjoy watching the Packers and the Bucks, especially in person.

Hi, my name is Tracey. I joined the Dulmes Décor team in 2014. I have an Associates Degree in Interior Design from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI. I also participate in continuous training through Carpet One’s Online University. My true passion is making my clients happy with the outcome of their design investments. My combined years of experience in the field have given me great pleasure in assisting clients with their many different design projects. I look forward to assisting you with your next project.

I have an Associate's Degree in Interior Design from Milwaukee Area Technical College and have been a designer at Dulmes Decor since 2001. I continue to further my design education and techniques on a weekly basis with Carpet One University.

Lead Interior Designer
Hi, I’m Courtney & I’m proud to have joined the Dulmes team in the Spring of 2020. I spent a couple of years living in Arizona where I began my education for Interior Design. After moving back, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee.
I currently reside in the heart of Sheboygan with my fiancée. Outside of work my hobbies include going “up north” by my family, 4wheeling, kayaking, hiking, photography, finding rocks, interior decorating & cooking. My fiancée & I have also become quite a fan of mini vacations over the past few years. We love exploring new cities, having new adventures & expanding our love of being “foodies” by finding all the underrated restaurants & pubs.

Hello, I am Scott. I have been a resident of Sheboygan for most of my life; I entered the military after graduation (Navy) on a four-year commitment. I joined the Dulmes Décor team in 2016. I bring experience in sales and customer service for over twenty years and a continuation of leadership through implementation and adaptation. In 2009, I entered a new chapter in my life portfolio and attained my AS, BA, and MBA for the next six years, attaining degrees from NWTC and Lakeland College. In the process of higher education, I concurrently stayed in the sales and leadership industry.Commitment, implementing positive change, and happiness in people has always been personal driver for me from taking care of the elderly and disabled to caring for a Vietnam veteran (Purple Heart) for two years. I am committed to attaining customer excellence, and in the process of helping people attain their happiness through beautiful flooring, trust, and a customer/sales professional relationship that lasts beyond the business interactions.

Window Treatment ManagerHi, I’m Alissa. I joined the Dulmes Decor team in September 2020. I grew up in Sheboygan and graduated from Sheboygan South High School. I have an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Waukesha County Technical College. Most recently I was a Recruiter, but I have many years of customer service experience. Although I am new to the flooring industry, I enjoy remodeling my own home and keeping up with current trends. I look forward to helping Dulmes’ customers create a home they love!I reside in Sheboygan with my husband and two children. In my free time, I enjoy working on my own home, going “up north”, camping, and spending time with my family. We enjoy living in a wooded area and even make our own maple syrup from our trees!

Sales & Design Consultant Hi, I’m Kenzie. I’m proud to have joined the Dulmes Décor team in February 2021. Originally from Minnesota, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with my Bachelor’s in Hospitality and a minor in Event Planning. After graduation, I made the move to Sheboygan where my fiancé was born and raised to buy a home. Although I am new to the flooring industry, knowing that I can truly help someone transform their happy place is so rewarding. I love collaborating with any kind of crowd and analyzing what makes people stand out from others. Style is always changing and so are we which is why I have always been a huge fan of the home improvement industry. It is a never-ending road!I thrive from people in every kind of aspect of my life, and when I am able to achieve their visions of a space that makes them feel is truly theirs, it gives me a sense of purpose in this world. Outside of work, I value time with my family and friends up north grilling or simple bonfires at home. Some of my hobbies during my free time I enjoy are traveling, DIY projects, expanding my veggie garden, cooking, wakeboarding, and simply just being active. I grew up on the outskirts of Random Lake and graduated from Random Lake High School where you would have found me either in the art room or on a stage in a musical. While in college, I was employed at Kohler in hospitality and learned the ins and outs of Forbes Five Star customer service, helping to create the perfect guest experience. Since then, I have spent over a decade in the customer service industry, striving to exceed client expectations. I have been in the flooring world for a few years now here at Dulmes and have enjoyed coordinating the design aspect while renovating my own home. I look forward to continue bringing my creative ideas to your home, as well! I currently reside in Ozaukee County with my husband and our Golden Doogle, Archie. My free time activities include crafting, playing guitar, interior decorating, and being active.

Hello! My name is Sarah, and I joined the Dulmes Décor team in fall of 2021. I have an Associate’s degree of Culinary Arts and have been baking and serving customers in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. While new to the flooring and design industry, I’m excited to explore my creative talents and help clients design their space. When I’m not at work you can find me catching the sunrise at the beach with my pug Honey, in the gym, or in the kitchen trying out new recipes.

Sales & Design Consultant Hello! My name is Sara and I joined the Dulmes Décor team in January of 2022. I grew up in Sheboygan Falls and graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 2016. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree online in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. While I am new to the flooring industry, I have always had a love for interior design and making spaces feel comfortable and on-trend. I have many years of experience with customer service and believe the combination of this with my love for design will create beautiful spaces in your home! I now reside in Sheboygan where my husband and I bought our first home together and have been renovating ever since. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking/cooking, being outside, and drawing. I look forward to helping you with your next flooring project.

Hello, my name is Emily! I joined the team at Dulmes Decor in 2024. I grew up near the Kettle Moraine State Forest; always hiking, fishing, biking, and exploring new locations! I have lived in the Sheboygan area for over 15 years now while working in a variety of customer service and sale positions, ranging from special event coordinating, bartending, and working in men's fine wear. I have studied at Lakeshore Technical college in both design and computer programming, however my love and passion for interior design has been a lifelong journey that I'm excited to pursue with Dulmes Decor. I love getting to know people and bringing their visions to life. Each person has a unique story to tell and I'm excited to help you tell yours!
I currently live in Sheboygan with my Husband and our Australian Shepard. In my free time I teach Ballet, try out new recipes, interior decorating, crafting, watching baseball, and traveling!
